These Jest VIP Supplemental Subscription Terms (the “VIP Terms”) govern your subscription to and use of Jest VIP. Jest VIP is a Platform Subscription under the Jest Terms of Service (the “Terms”), and these VIP Terms constitute Supplemental Subscription Terms under the Terms. These VIP Terms supplement and form part of the Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these VIP Terms have the meanings given in the Terms. If these VIP Terms conflict with the Terms with respect to Jest VIP, these VIP Terms control.
Jest VIP provides subscribers with the benefits described in these VIP Terms and the applicable Subscription Plan (“VIP Benefits”). VIP Benefits currently include Wallet Rewards on Eligible Purchases and an exclusive Jest VIP profile badge. Jest may offer additional VIP Benefits from time to time.
Your Jest VIP Subscription, including its pricing, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation method, is governed by the applicable Subscription Plan and the Terms.
While your Jest VIP Subscription is active, you will earn Wallet Rewards equal to 10% of the amount actually paid using a Payment Method for Eligible Purchases, excluding Taxes, fees, discounts, and promotional credits.
Amounts paid using Wallet Funds or Wallet Rewards held in your Jest Wallet are not paid using a Payment Method and do not earn Wallet Rewards.
The Jest VIP Subscription fee is not an Eligible Purchase and does not earn Wallet Rewards.
Wallet Rewards are promotional credits provided by Jest and are subject to the restrictions applicable to Wallet Rewards under the Terms.
An “Eligible Purchase” is a payment made through the Platform using a Payment Method for a purchase of digital content, digital services, subscriptions, virtual items, or other products or services designated by Jest as eligible for Jest VIP Wallet Rewards at the time of purchase. A deposit of Wallet Funds to your Jest Wallet is not an Eligible Purchase and does not earn Wallet Rewards.
Eligible Purchases may include purchases offered by Developers as well as purchases offered directly by Jest. Deposits of Wallet Funds to your Jest Wallet, the Jest VIP Subscription fee, Taxes and fees, gift cards or cash equivalents, and any other purchases identified as ineligible at or before purchase are not Eligible Purchases.
Wallet Rewards will be credited to your Jest Wallet following an Eligible Purchase.
If an Eligible Purchase is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, Jest may reverse the Wallet Rewards attributable to that purchase.
If you have already used those Wallet Rewards, Jest may deduct the applicable amount from other Wallet Rewards in your Jest Wallet or offset that amount against Wallet Rewards you subsequently earn.
You may not manipulate or misuse Jest VIP or Wallet Rewards, including by engaging in sham or artificial transactions, manipulating refunds or chargebacks, creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent program limitations, exploiting errors or technical vulnerabilities, or otherwise obtaining or using Wallet Rewards through fraudulent or abusive activity.
If Jest reasonably determines that you have engaged in fraud, abuse, or material misuse of Jest VIP, Jest may suspend or terminate your Jest VIP Subscription and may withhold, reverse, or forfeit Wallet Rewards obtained through or associated with that conduct. Serious or repeated fraud or abuse may also result in suspension or termination of your Jest account in accordance with the Terms.
If you cancel your Jest VIP Subscription, you will stop earning new Jest VIP Wallet Rewards and lose access to other VIP Benefits at the end of your then-current paid Subscription period. Cancellation by you or expiration of your Jest VIP Subscription does not cause Wallet Rewards you previously earned to expire or be forfeited.
If Jest terminates Jest VIP without terminating your Jest account, Wallet Rewards earned before termination will remain available in your Jest Wallet subject to these VIP Terms and the Terms.
If Jest suspends or terminates your Jest account in accordance with the Terms or these VIP Terms, your Jest VIP Subscription and VIP Benefits may also be suspended or terminated. Wallet Rewards associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, reversed transactions, or other violations may be reversed or forfeited as provided in these VIP Terms. Other Wallet Rewards and Wallet Funds will be handled in accordance with the Terms.
Wallet Rewards earned through Jest VIP do not expire while your Jest account remains open, except to the extent Wallet Rewards are reversed or forfeited as expressly permitted by these VIP Terms.
Jest may change Jest VIP from time to time, including the reward rate, VIP Benefits, and the types of purchases that qualify as Eligible Purchases. Jest will provide reasonable advance notice of any material change to Jest VIP that adversely affects your VIP Benefits and any additional notice required by applicable law.
Changes to the reward rate or Eligible Purchases will apply prospectively and will not reduce Wallet Rewards already earned, except where reasonably necessary to correct an error, address fraud or abuse, or comply with applicable law.
Changes to the price or other terms of the Jest VIP Subscription will be made in accordance with the Terms and applicable Subscription Plan.
Jest may discontinue Jest VIP upon reasonable advance notice, except where immediate discontinuation is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or similar reasons.
If Jest discontinues Jest VIP, your VIP Subscription will remain in effect through the end of your then-current paid Subscription period and will not renew thereafter. Wallet Rewards earned before discontinuation will remain available subject to these VIP Terms and the Terms.
Your Jest VIP Subscription, Jest Wallet, Wallet Funds, Wallet Rewards, and use of the Platform remain subject to the Terms. The Terms govern all matters not specifically addressed in these VIP Terms.
